6-Week Group Wellness Course

NEXT SESSION STARTS NOV. 10TH

  • Level up your health with a 6-week wellness program! This course, based on the Ving Tsun training system, will strengthen your body & mind through slow, purposeful movements. It’s been specifically designed for seniors. Benefits include:

    • Enhanced Mental Acuity

  • You’ll be practicing in a safe, learning environment alongside your contemporaries. Qualified instructors will guide you through the program, ensuring that your training produces results.

  • Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00pm. The next session starts on Monday, Nov. 10th, and wraps up on Friday, Dec. 19th.

  • Alongside the classes, students will receive a series of home workouts that can be practiced on their own time.

  • The introductory course also includes:

    • A Uniform Package (pants, shoes, & a t-shirt)

    • A Beginner’s Training Manual

    • Personal Consultation (1-on-1 meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges)
