Ving Tsun Fitness:
Physical Conditioning Program
6-Week Group Fitness Course
NEXT SESSION STARTS NOV. 10TH
Take your fitness to the next level with a 6-week physical conditioning program! This course uses isometric, bodyweight exercises inspired by the Ving Tsun training system to create a calisthenic workout that’s both fun & effective.
You’ll be practicing in a safe, learning environment alongside your peers. Qualified instructors will guide you through the process, ensuring that your training produces results.
Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00pm. The next session starts on Monday, Nov. 10th, and wraps up on Friday, Dec. 19th.
Alongside the classes, students will receive a series of home workouts that can be practiced on their own time.
The introductory course also includes:
A Uniform Package (pants, shoes, & a t-shirt)
A Beginner’s Training Manual
Personal Consultation (1-on-1 meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges)
A Personalized Meal Plan (Upon Request)
